Update on legal proceedings progress
According to the judgment of 25 January 2019 declaring the opening of the insolvency proceedings of Europlasma and the Group companies (see press release of 25/01/2019), the Commercial Court of Mont de Marsan set an observation period of 6 months to implement sustainable industrial projects and safeguard jobs.

As part of the ongoing proceedings, Europlasma recalls that the share price as well as BSAR B and C of the Company have been suspended since 20 March 2019.
