THE EUROPLASMA GROUP HAS IMPLEMENTED STRUCTURAL INITIATIVES IN ORDER TO STRENGTHEN THE GOVERNANCE AND ORGANISATION OF THE GROUP IN LINE WITH ITS AMBITIOUS.<\/div><\/div>

Thus the Group has formalised a set of rules of procedure which were adopted by all members of the Board of Directors in 2010.
\nIn particular, thes rules of procedure describe:<\/p>\n

– the\u00a0composition and functionning of the Board of Directors
\n– the assesment of work of the Board of Directors
\n– the rules applied to the Directors

The Articles of Association state that the Board of Directors shall be composed of at least three (3) members and a maximum of eighteen (18).
