Graduate of the engineering school CESTI and of the Institute of Company Administration, Didier Pineau was product manager for INDUSTRIAL PLASMA TORCHES then Business Engineer within the Aérospatiale Matra Group (EADS).

His action has enabled significant development in this sector and global recognition in the plasma sector. As a promoter of this technology, he has been responsible for the design, construction, installation and launching of industrial units such as those of SFPO, Uckange, Peugeot, Rhône-Poulenc and the transportable heating system used by EDF.

In 1992 he created Europlasma alongside other engineers. Their objective is to focus on and develop industrial processes with cutting edge technology based on using the plasma torch..

Didier Pineau is the inspiration behind a large section of Europlasma's industrial property.
